ground floor of 40 m2 with living room TV, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, freezer, gas oven 4),terrace on the water, barbecue. 2nd floor: 1 room with a 160x200 bed and 1 room with a 140x190 bed and a 90x190 bed. Bathroom, washing machine, separate toilet. Comfortable bedding. 2nd self catering: studio in bamboo for 4 persons 35 m2 including: a 140x190 bed and 2 bunk beds (separated by a curtain), kitchenette 3 hotplates, refrigerator freezer, microwave. River view, terrace, barbecue. Many walks around the site, hiking trails start from the mill. Marais Poitevin 20 min, Mellois country 20 min, La Rochelle 50 min, Futuroscope 45 min.

Séjour très agréable, propriétaires disponibles mais pas envahissants, cadre merveilleux, gite original indépendant de la bâtisse principale
