We offer a large room of 25 m2, tastefully furnished, with private terrace and outdoor furniture (table and chairs), private parking for your car, very quiet garden, no immediate neighbors. We are located 3 km from the sea, beautiful beaches and AOC vineyards Agriates.

• Closing period : From october 1 to april 15
