In the historic center of Nieul sur Mer, a few minutes from the coast, the port of Plomb, the Ile de Ré, the TGV station and La Rochelle airport.
Many walks or bike through the streets of the village, the marsh, to the ocean, then on the coastal path to the golf course, the bay of Aiguillon, the small port of Lauzières.

Walls in lime and hemp, stones and visible beams, parquet floors and tomettes, natural paintings with Emery and Cie casein, F & B, antique furniture, 3.50 m of height under ceiling, seen on the gardens in the south.
In the village you will find to restore you, make your purchases, beautiful walks and tastings of seafood.
