The Green trail bordering the property is located on the old railway line that once linked Alençon to Condé-sur-Huisne for more than 60 km. It is now part of the Veloscenie that connects Paris to Mont Saint-Michel, and allows you to walk or cycle in an environment totally free of traffic.
The 65m² cottage is comfortably arranged on the ground floor, in a separate building adjoining the main house. It has an independent entrance, a spacious room with a double bed (180×200 or 2 beds 90×200) with an en suite bathroom with walk-in shower, and a living room with a fully equipped kitchen area.
