We welcome you, all year long, in our guesthouse for a week-end or for local discovery visits of one
week and more.
You will have the pleasure to relax in an extroardinary context and spend your stay in utmost calm,
several minutes away from Bourg sur Gironde and the parc de l’Esconge, its historical heart and its
museum, its maison du vin, its galleries, workshops, restaurants, and its port on the banks of the estuary.
Starting from la Villa Fablion you will have the possibility to discover the region and its numerous
historical places and curiosites, its sporty tours and and tourist visits, on foot or by bike, guided tours,river
cruises on the Dordogne, tasting of the Grand Vins de Bordeaux, of the French southwestern gastronomy
and of the plenty of other activities you’ll be suggested.
We offer you a calm and comfortable stay, with the freedom to travel and visit the region and its treasures
at your pace.
Come and take a break in a peaceful, pristine and unique location where you’ll be able to take advantage
of several relaxing spots to breakfast outside, taste a good wine or simply drink a cup of tea in an
unrivaled tranquility.
The park, the forestry sents, the natural terraces of the domain will be the perfect place for relaxing walks
any time of the day, with the opportunity to admire landscapes and magnificent sunsets from any side of
the Villa and during any season.
Our accomodation are provided with all basic furniture (bed sheets, bathroom linen, soap, shampoo,
hairdryer, iron and ironing board) and are non-smoking areas ; they also dispose of a TV, internet/wifi
and a courtesy platter you will be offered at your arrival.
You will have the possibility to share a continental breakfast or a typical english one, homemade with
local products and served in the conservatory, the dining room of the castle or on one of the many outside
terraces depending on the season.
Please, note that animals are not accepted ; Although, you’ll be able to meet and bond with the three
mascots of the house (cats), during your stay among us.
