A charming 100 year old detached stone cottage, recently restored, in a lovely, quiet, open, south-facing setting just outside village of Creysse in Lot, a few minutes walk from the village and the beautiful river Dordogne. Sleeps 4/5 (house) plus 2 (studio - additional weekly charge of 60 to 120€ depending the season ). 140m2 open all year round. Air-conditioning in all bedrooms for summer. For cooler months, a wood burning stove and gas-fired central heating. Unlimited broadband internet access, WiFi. Newly installed modern kitchen/dining room, a living room with comfortable seating around a large fireplace, twin bedroom with en-suite shower room and room for an extra child's bed, double bedroom, bathroom, and downstairs cloakroom with adjoining wc. Attached studio with twin bedroom and shower room, wc, independent access and small terrace. Studio is only available with the house. 2 terraces with garden furniture & barbecues.
