La Villa des Dunes, architect-designed house built in 2010, with label prefectural 4 * is open all year long. Enjoy the indoor heated pool, accessible from the living room entirely safe for children, with a choice of swimming against the current to suit your needs. Around the pool you can enjoy sunbathing for a moment of rest or read. The pool area opens directly onto the terrace with garden furniture. The house has 4 bedrooms, 3 with double bed and private bathroom, one with three single beds, a bathroom, a toilet, a kitchen equipped with several household appliances. A spacious dining room with library, games, a sofa double bed available in the lounge. The house is totally on the ground floor with access to the disabled (ramps). You can go to the beach located 250m from the house where you will see the Ile de Batz.
