This spacious property, dating from 1880, stands in 15 hectares of wheatfields, formely Vineyards, on the west bank of the Orb river opposite which rise ramparts of Béziers,crowned by the majestic rose window cathedral.
It's quiet although it's close from ammenities and entertainment. A perfect situation as desparture for all visits.
The beaches : Vendres, Valras, Sérignan are 12 km away or 15 minutes drive.
You can ask for a fith room on ground floor.
