In the Burgundian countryside, Le Moulin de Saint-Germain is located near a creek on the edge of the forest. The Miller's Cottage is a detached cottage and adjoining the barn, is located in the old miller's house opposite the mill, which is the owner's house. On 2 floors: The ground floor is a fully equipped kitchen, open to the living. On the first floor bedroom (2 beds 120cm) and a large bathroom with toilet. On the second floor, another bedroom (1 bed of 140 cm, 1 bed 120 cm and 1 bed 90 cm). Electric heating and wood (35€/cubic meter). Large open garden on the banks of the river (unprotected). Parking. We also offer a small cottage of 35 m2 for 2 / 3 people simply equipped and in the barn adjoining.
