Thatched cottage: "the Chaumière" The cottage (40 sq. meters) is located close to many picturesque buildings in a quiet area of the village (1.2 miles from shops, 2.5 from the beach, 12.5 from Vannes). It is detached and close to the cottages of the "Baie", of the"Passiflore". It is less than 1 mile from Ambon towards Muzillac. On the RN165 (Nantes/Vannes), take to Muzillac and turn right after the Ambon D20 road sign. Drive on for 1.2 miles to get to Fleuriac. Downstairs: 2 rooms A fitted kitchen/dining-room (dish-washer, oven, micro-wave, gas cooker, fridge and freezer), tv antenna outlet, a small mezzanine living-room (with a sofa) opening to the south garden and to the west terrace. A bedroom with a wall-cupboard, a separate lavatory, a bathroom with a shower. Electric central heating. Outside: garden table and chairs, barbecue. Others: pets allowed.
