Located on the heights of Nice, in the middle of the residential district of the Mont-Boron, this villa of the 19th century offers an exceptional sight on the city, on the sea and on the mountains. A single panorama allows to admire the Mediterranean until the Cap d'Antibes and the mounts of Esterel. At the same time far from center and the noise of the city, the villa is near, since 5 min. are enough to join the Promenade des Anglais in the car. For the walkers, the forest of the Mont-Boron, planted of olive-trees and of various essences of Mediterranean pines, presents a pleasant place at 5 min. only from the villa. From there, one can admire the bay of Villefranche from one side and the Baie des Anges from the other side.
