We are a few steps from the seafront, our principal rooms have the benefit of oblique sea views, and within easy walking distance of all the major attractions, such as The Royal Pavilion, The Lanes, North Laine, Brighton Pier, Brighton Marina, The Brighton Centre. You will find dozens of bars and restaurants a short walk from Charlotte Street in the St James Street area of Kemp Town. All rooms have been completely refurbished and include full en-suite shower rooms, rooms 3 & 6 have full bathroom en-suites (shower over bath). All rooms have flat panel TVs with freeview and a DVD player, hairdryer, complimentary toiletries, use of towelling bathrobes and slippers, well stocked hospitality tray, a mini fridge with complimentary mineral water, DAB digital radio/alarm & iPOD docks. A full English breakfast is cooked to order between 8.30-10.00am.
