HOUSE DESCRIPTION: Offering 3 double rooms and one twin, all with en-suite facilities and terrace, Manoir La Betoulle offers you the chance to stay in unrivalled luxury in a peaceful environment only a short distance from the historic centre of Angoulême. The manoir is located in 90 acres of unspoilt countryside and 300 year old woodland and is a haven for ramblers and birdwatchers. Wild deer can be seen in the woods and cowslips line the pathways in springtime. The house is built in the classical style on a grand scale and the rooms are individually furnished, each having a theme of its own. Guests are welcome to relax in the comfort of the spacious lounge areas and take breakfast in either the dining room or on the large terrace overlooking the grounds and pool. The energetic can swim in the huge roman tiled pool or play tennis on the hard court while those in search of relaxation can recline in comfort soaking up the warm Charente sun.
