LA BASTIDE DES LAVANDES (puygiron) : Homepage bed and breakfast

It is an old fifteenth century house where silk worms used to be raised. In the heart of a 16 acre property, it is entirely restored. You will find a swimming pool and a private tennis court, paths for walks, hiking as well as cycle trails. The Valdaine golf course is very near as are 2 horse riding clubs (less than 5 minutes away).Then there are the splendid Drome Provençale villages and not to be missed Grignan (20 minutes away) and Dieulefit (20 minutes away). The Provencal markets at Nyons and in the old part of Montélimar are also nearby. In the evening, on the terrace, you will choose a local speciality : tarte tatin with crystallized tomatoes and fresh cheese, sauté of veal Provencal... and in the morning, again on the terrace you can have breakfast with 6 homemade jams. For those who like riding there are horses and fields.
