A glorious Palladian house perched high on th hillside overlooking the Loire valley. Built in the 1850s by Francois Briau, an early industrialist, who made his fortune building railways in France and in Italy.The house is palatial, lovingly restored by the present owners. Bedrooms and bathrooms are sumptuous.The grounds too are fabulous. A living museum.
