On the elegant estate of the 19th century Château Bouynot, « Le Sechoir », one of the two renovated traditional homes, is available for guest room rental. Château Bouynot is located at the border of the Gironde and Lot et Garonne districts, a convenient starting point for numerous cultural and historical trips, 40 minutes away from Bordeaux, a UNESCO World Heritage site, and its vineyards. This cathedral-like wooden building was originally a place to dry tobacco leaves and has been converted into a 160 m2 two-storey modern home. Each of the three bedrooms has its own ensuite bathroom. Two are upstairs and one downstairs. Each has a pair of single beds which can be converted, on request, into a king-size double bed. In front of the house is the private 10x5 m pool, heated from May to October, surrounded by a wooden deck with a shaded dining area and sunbeds. On the ground floor, a high-ceilinged open-plan living area is furnished with sofas, armchairs, and a wood-mantled fire place.
