Old building in the heart of Chateau-Chalon, a village classified "one of the most beautiful villages of France". It is located on a rocky outcrop overlooking the plain of La Bresse ,in clear weather the coasts of Beaune .
Chateau-Chalon is renowned not only for its picturesque, for its magnificent view but also for its cheeses and wines with exceptional ""VIN JAUNE " resulting from SAVAGNIN grape aged 6 years in oak casks.
This building bénifits a location of choice since it is located along the panoramic corniche.
The house consists of 4 rooms and a large suite (4 persons), 1 bathroom and 1 shower). The rooms are all different, decorated with care and with very good comfort. The property is classified by 3 épis "Gîtes de France", recognized by the "Michelin" and "Guide du Routard" in which the house will appear soon in 2009.
