Le mas de Salel is located in the 'Grands Causses' Natural Park in South of France, 93 km to the Nothwest of Montpellier. From the 18th century to 1960 it has been producing ewes milk for the famous Roquefort caves. Located at an altitude of 700 metres, it offers a great view of the Larzac plateau. During the 12th century le mas de Salel was already mentioned as a farm depending on the well-known Sylvanès abbey. Le mas de Salel is located in the heart of a 300 acre nature resort. 12 charming rooms with en-suite bathroom, in the middle of a beautiful flowered garden with a 12X4m pool. Apartment suites are particularly large and adapted to families. Ground floor: a private living room (35 m²) with chimney. 1st floor: the parent's bedroom (30 m², bed 200X180cm) with view of the swimming pool and the garden, en-suite bathroom with shower. 2nd floor: the children's bedroom (30 m², 3/4 beds 200X90cm) with view of the village of Montagnol, en-suite bathroom with bath tub.
