La Sauzette is an old stone farmhouse, tucked away among the vines, just 5km from the Cité of Carcassonne. Chris and Diana have restored an old granary to include three guest rooms, comfortably furnished in pine, each with its own shower or bath room. You will be welcomed in the large living room with the huge beams and fireplace. Breakfast, a great help yourself affair, is served here and, during the long summer days, out on the terrace. The house stands on about a hectare of land which includes a seculed car park. In the almost complete calm of the foothills of the Corbières it is a hard to believe that the airport, the train station and the autoroutes are only fifteen minutes away. A warm welcome awaits you !
