Restored traditional "Charentaise" home situated in a very quiet place in the heart of the Northern Charente Maritime is easily accessible from La Rochelle/Ile de Re, Rochefort, the Marshes of Poitevin, Saint Jean d'Angely and the beaches of Chatelaillon-Plage and Fouras.
The Cognac region, the Oyster farms of Marennes, Saintes, Royan and Futuroscope of Poitiers are located within easy reach by car. The A10 Autoroute is approximately 30 km away and MAIZERON is an ideal stopping off point between Paris and Bordeaux and within easy reach of La Rochelle Airport.
