In the heart of a typical village of Languedoc just a step from the sea near the Camargue, Catherine Maurel restored an large house of the XVIIIth century of 450m2, in the red and ochre colors, decorated with nick nacks. A beautiful stone staircase leads to three spacious rooms of 35m2 and furnished tastefully. In the spring the breakfast is served in the big shaded patio,whereas in autumn or in winter, it is at the corner of the large fireplace that you can taste dishes of Mediterranean inspirations.The village ,ideal place for nice walks along the river Vidourle. In Marsillargues you are halfway between Montpellier and Nimes and you can visit near Aigues-Mortes, the Saintes Marie and take advantage of wild beaches which Catherine will know how to indicate to you. The hinterland with its magnificent landscape remains just as much to discover.
